Unable to negotiate LTMA

It happened again! One of the quirks of the UK ATC system. We were too low and on the wrong route back to the London FIR, which meant we could not negotiate our clearance back into the airways system.

A rather frustrating flight, which shows why I no longer fly low-level, ATC handovers, controller changeovers, turbulence, and unable to get an ATC service due to coverage. Probably the first time in a year I felt frustration in the air and it really shows in this flight…
