Perfect Timing – IFR Airways
Fresh from 6 months of flying using the Instrument Rating, another perfectly timed IFR flight into Stapleford. This time in the Airways system.
Stapleford has no Instrument landings, so the only realistic way down is the unofficial cloud break procedure. The alternative if the FEW004 came true was a diversion to Southend or Biggin Hill, resulting in a Category 1 ILS.
